    The first, second and third respondents told the court through their guidance that their customers were testing the legitimacy of the agents of Pluto Property and Investment Company Limited; Seagate Property Development and Investment Company Limited; Trans Ocean Property and Investment Company Limited; and Avalon Global Property Development Company Limited on the premise that they neglected to deliver a letter of power to speak to the organizations as required under segment 477 (2) of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act, 2015.

    The organizations are confronting a 15-tally second Amended Charge alongside Waripamo Dudafa, a previous associate to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, and two others. While Dudafa and the two others argued not liable, the fourth to seventh respondents whose realness as the genuine agents of the organization was tested continued to inquisitively confess and conceded culpability under the steady gaze of the court.

    The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has since solidified the organizations' records with Skye Bank, while Mrs Jonathan has sued the commission and the bank, laying cases to the records.
