    Abia summon captures minister behind serial car theft

    Parading the suspects at the Police Officers Mess in Umuahia, the state capital, the Commissioner of Police in Abia State, Leye Oyebade, said the suspects were captured subsequent to taking the Toyota Camry from where its proprietor stuffed it last Saturday.
