At a rally in Sunrise, Florida, Trump by and by assaulted the outside approach of Obama and Clinton, saying their arrangements brought about the formation of ISIL.

His remarks Wednesday were not the first occasion when he associated Obama to ISIS. In June, he tweeted an article from Breitbart that said, "The Obama organization was effectively supporting Al Qaeda in Iraq, the terrorist assemble that turned into the Islamic State."
